carbon paste electrode (CPE) using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The drug BTZP
exhibits a well defined reduction peak over the potential range 0.30 V to -0.90 V in phosphate buffer solution (PB) of pH 2.0 to
8.0. An irreversible and diffusion controlled sharp reduction peak was observed at 4.0. The lower detection limit (LOD) and the
lower limit (LOD) were found to be 4.23x10-9 molL-1 and 2.85x10-7 molL-1 respectively. The proposed method was
successfully applied for the determination of BTZP in pharmaceutical and human urine samples
<Email>sreedharny.chem@gmail.com</Email><articletype>Review</articletype><volume>5</volume><issue>2</issue><year>2015</year><keyword>Bentazepam, carbon paste electrode,phosphate buffer solution,limit of detection, limit of quantification</keyword><AUTHORS>M.Vishnu Priya,D.
