<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>6</id><JournalTitle>IMPACT OF COMMUNITY PHARMACY BASED PATIENT EDUCATION ON QUALITY OF LIFE IN HYPERTENTION</JournalTitle><Abstract>An observational descriptive study was conducted in two hospitals City Cardiac Center and Ravi cardiac and diabetic
center Vijayawada. For six months period to assess the impact of community pharmacy based patient education on quality of
life in hypertension. Totally 70 patients were taken for the study, in pre-intervention were 35 patients and post-intervention
were 35 patients. Pre-intervention group patients were received pharmacist provide patient education regarding drug therapy,
diet, exercise and lifestyle modifications through the verbal and written education material in English and telugu language. A
significant implement was observed with respect to knowledge, practice and attitude towards disease. Quality of life and a
