<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>39</id><JournalTitle>A SIMPLE VISIBLE SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF DULOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE IN PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATIONS</JournalTitle><Abstract>A simple, sensitive, precise and economical visible spectrophotometric method has been developed for the
determination of duloxetine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical formulations. The method is based on the charge transfer
complexation reaction of duloxetine hydrochloride with 2, 3-Dichloro-5, 6-Dicyanobenzoquinone. Under the optimized
experimental conditions Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 20-100 Î¼g/mL for the proposed method. The
proposed method was found to be simple, sensitive, accurate, precise, rapid and economical for the routine quality control
